All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars. If using a foreign credit card you may be charged foreign transaction fees.

 

Payment

We currently accept all major credit cards and Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to check out with Paypal.

 

Tariffs, Taxes, & Duties

Any additional fees calculated by customs are to be paid directly by the customer at the time of delivery.

  

Processing

All ready to ship orders are processed, packaged and shipped within three business days. Dyed to order items generally take 3-4 weeks to ship from date of order unless otherwise noted. Club shipments are sent out on their own pre-determined schedule. 

 

Location

All packages ship from our studio in British Columbia, Canada. Unfortunately local pick up is not available at this time.

 

Shipping to Canada

All packages within Canada are sent via Expedited Parcel with tracking and up to $100 insurance. The approximate wait times are listed below.

Local: 1-2 days   Regional: 1-3 days   National: 2-7 days

 

Shipping to USA & Internationally

All US and International orders are sent via Canada Post Air Mail. All mailing times are estimations and packages may be delayed at Customs.

US Tracked Packet: 10-12 days (tracking only)

US Expedited Parcel Air: 4-8 days (tracking & insurance)

International Parcel Air: 6-10 days (tracking only)
