We are located in Langley, BC, Canada.

Where do you ship to and what are your rates?

We ship all over the world. Learn more about our shipping rates and free shipping here.

I don't see a colourway offered in the yarn I want, does this mean you don't dye it in that colourway?

All of our 45+ colourways are available on the majority of our base yarns. We choose a selection for each update.

Every time I visit your online shop, there never seems to be enough for a sweater in the colourway I want, why is this?

We generally dye in batches of 18 in order to offer a wide selection of colourways for each shop update. The best way to stay informed about new shop updates is to join our mailing list.

Do you accept custom orders?

Unfortunately we are unable to accept custom orders at this time.

Do you offer yarn support for designers and publications?

Yes! We offer yarn support for independent designs, magazine publications and books. While we can't supply yarn support to all those who request it, we do encourage you to contact us with specific information about your project(s). If we think it's a good fit we'll get back to you with more information.
